Turonic PH950 Air Purifier and Humidifier Combo

I bought this air purifier this past December. It worked wonderfully well from day one. Everything abut the product is as claimed. This was then one of the most satisfying purchases I have made in a long time. I love it! I keep the machine on for most of the day and through the night. A few weeks ago, however, I found the machine was "not on." I couldn't remember at the time if I had intentionally turned it off or not. Note that when the machine is plugged in, but not in the on position, I remember that the power on button being lit up. In this instance, however, it was not. So I tried to press the buttons, but the machine was non-responsive. After tconsulting the troubleshooting section of the manual and having no results, I reached out to customer service for help. A customer service rep, Alina, responded to me promtply. After some back and forth communication, trying to gtroubleshoot the product, without much effort from my end, Alina volunteered to replace my unit. There is much more to this story, but in the end, I just wanted to briefly share how satisfied I am with not just the product, but with this company. Thank you so much Alina and Treblab/Turonic for making a great product and standing behind it 100%. Yo have a customer for life!

I’ve only had this product for 3ish days. Best part humidifier and air purifier!! It’s so quiet as well. My husband was about 4-5 feet away from the machine. My St. Pyrenees shed a bunch of hair due to incoming snow storm. The light on the top went from green (great air quality) to blue (good air quality). It stayed that way for about 2-3 minutes and back to green. This dog breed in particular has a lot of dander. And this has made a world of difference in just 3ish days.

This unit works fairly well. It is very quiet, and the filters are easy to remove and clean. My only problem was that the low water level sensor only worked when the system was forced into Manual Humidification mode. I prefer to run the unit in Auto Mode. When the water tank goes empty, there is no alarm telling you this when in Auto mode. I never got a straight answer from tech support whether this was a defective unit or if it was designed this way. I returned the unit and did receive a full refund. I purchased the Dyson brand even though it cost twice as much

Bought this Air purifier in Nov 2022 because I have a very fluffy african grey parrot. I had a smaller air purifier that I had to clean every other day. When I purchased this one, it immediately cleared up the bird dust/smell. I have to fill the water every other day because its go into high gear over this fluff ball. (To be expected) Since the bird cleans herself basically everyday, this thing has been hard at work and now on the 3rd set of filters. Definitely worth the purchase!

I've had mine over a year now, and it still works great, my house smells fresh and clean.. not only that, due to my lung issues it has made breathing easier.. I have teens, and a dog.. so that's saying something.. I would recommend this product too anyone who has breathing issues.. not only that replace filters are the same basic cost in any fliter machine, except this one is the Cadillac too them all.. hope that helps for anyone looking for a great purifier..

The only downfall is I put new filters in and I can’t get the filter light off. I did a bit says to hold button down, but it just stays on. However, the machine works very well.. liked that. I could buy the filters on Amazon and it suggested the right filters when I was ready to replace them so I bought them all at once inexpensive.

This is a very nice air filter. I have it in a musty basement and it cleans the air as advertised. I have had no issues with it this far. One really nice feature is when it’s on auto it will go into a sleep mode when darkness falls. So you don’t have to mess with turning it down. It will turn the fan down to a whisper, and turn off all the lights on it. Once it’s day light again everything comes back up to where it was or where it senses it needs to be. Even when on there is not much noise from the fan. Filters easy to clean or replace.

We are doing a complete remod of our homes interior. If you have ever done this before it creates alot of dust in the air. Since we purchased this it has drastically made a difference. The only problem we have is that after changing the filters the notification light won't go off.

This is an outstanding product as I have two dogs that are outside dogs but sleep in their crate inside at night. It does an excellent job of keeping air clean and collecting dander and hair. Humidifier works better than expected by does need filling once a day.

Fantastic results using this unit. Just a slight issue with the humidifier, it is a little cumbersome refilling the pan the filter sits in. The cover is very stiff and it feels like it could break trying to remove it. Instead, I fill the tank/pan by taking the filter pad out and filling with water in the filter/pad access. Be careful not to over fill the tank and having water spilling out when inserting this back into the unit.

The humidifier works great. The unit is quiet. Only detractor is that I can't connect to it because my network is 5 Ghz and it only communicates on 2.4 Ghz.

This is my third air cleaner and by far my favorite for one reason alone: QUIET! Past air cleaners were too loud at night. Even at half throttle, this one is barely perceptible to be running. Might be the quietest air cleaner I've ever owned. It seems durable and the remote works great!

I love my Turonic purifier! It was so easy to set up and use, and it really cleans the air fast. I noticed that I felt easier breathing at once. It’s quiet enough so I leave it running during the night. I also love the humidifier option – it makes such a big difference in the air quality of my home.

Love this air purifier. With the pandemic still in play I had customers that were very leery of entering my studio. Having an air purifier put their mind at ease. This item REALLY works! I had a customer come in that was a heavy smoker. I would not let them smoke in the studio of course, but their odor was pervasive even after they left. Within 10 minutes of them leaving I went back into the studio and the smell was completely gone! I left the purifier running while I walked with them out to their car. I was blown away! In the past odors would stay hanging on for a day or more. Within 10 minutes it was gone. My studio is small (300 square feet) so this filtered the whole place in mere moments.

I already have an air purifier/humidifier for my downstairs and needed one for upstairs. I ordered this one with high hopes, and am happy to say that they weren’t in vain. Since my cat’s cat litter is upstairs and that is where my daughter uses all her hair products and art finishing sprays, having this air purifier actually work was very important. I’ve since had it set up for over a month, and it’s been nothing but durable and a miracle worker. Most of the time, the light stays green. When I go to change the litter, however, the light changes to red for a period, indicating that it’s doing its job. I myself have noticed a great difference in air quality upstairs and am glad to have ordered it. Now everyone breathes a little easier. I highly recommend ordering one; you won’t want to go back afterwards.
