1. What we collect
When you purchase from our store, we collect the personal information you provide: name, billing and shipping address, email, and any other detail required to fulfill the order. When you browse the store, we automatically receive your IP address, browser, and operating system so we can troubleshoot and improve the experience.
With your explicit permission, we may email you about your order, new products, and store updates.
2. Consent
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your card, place an order, arrange delivery, or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose. For anything beyond that, for example marketing, we ask separately for your express consent.

4. Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the e-commerce platform that lets us sell to you. Your data is stored on Shopify's secure servers behind a firewall.
If you pay with a card, Shopify handles the transaction under PCI-DSS standards (the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Card data is encrypted and retained only as long as needed to complete the transaction.

5. Third-party services
Third-party providers used by Turonic collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent needed to perform their service for us. Payment gateways and similar processors have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reading them.
Some providers may operate in a different jurisdiction than yours. Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site, this policy no longer applies.
Our store uses Google Analytics to understand who visits and which pages they read.
6. Security
We follow industry best practice to protect your information. Card information is encrypted via SSL and stored with AES-256. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements.
7. Cookies
The cookies we use:

_shopify_visit: persistent 30 min; counts visits. -
cart: persistent 2 weeks; stores your cart contents. -
_secure_session_id: session token, secure. -
storefront_digest: indefinite; used if the storefront has a password.
8. Age of consent
By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or that you are the age of majority and consent to a minor dependent using the site.
9. Changes to this policy
We may modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect on posting. If we make material changes we will note them here.
If our store is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new owners so we can continue to serve you.
