Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from Turonic within 30 days after delivery if it does not meet your expectations.
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. After 30 days, returns may still be possible under the warranty for defective products — see the Warranty Policy.
We accept returns of products purchased from Turonic Official selling channels. If the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller, please contact them directly.
To return a product, please Contact our Customer Care team and select the relevant product model and Return Product option.
1. Important Return Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment source
- If the return isn't covered by the Turonic Warranty Policy, we refund item cost and taxes
- A non-defective item return may incur up to 20% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item
- Additional custom fees for Non-US returns are the responsibility of the customer
2. How to Return an Item
Step 1. Contact us and choose your product model and the Return Product option.
Step 2. Our Customer Care Agents may ask you to destroy or return the product depending on the reason for your request.
- If you are asked to destroy the item: We accept proof of destruction via email (picture or short video). Refunds processed within 1–5 business days; funds appear in your account within 1–10 business days depending on marketplace and payment method.
- If you are asked to return the item: Our Customer Care will provide a prepaid shipping label. After delivery to our warehouse, the item is inspected within 7 business days; replacement or refund follows.
3. Turonic Prepaid Shipping Label
Using a prepaid shipping label is easy. The label contains all the information about your order and return destination. Return shipping is prepaid (no postage upfront) and free for all U.S.-based customers.
Using the prepaid shipping label
- Contact our Customer Care team via the Contact form to get the label
- Detach and enclose the return form with your item along with all original materials
- Cover or remove all original shipping labels if you are returning the item in its original package
- Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your return package
- Drop off at any USPS drop box, local Post Office, or postal location
- Do not exceed the weight printed on the shipping label. If the parcel exceeds the prepaid weight, additional postage will be due. Otherwise, the parcel will be refused and returned.
- All parcels containing batteries must have a “Dangerous Goods” label per carrier requirements (provided alongside the return shipping label).
- The label is valid for 20 days. Please use it in a timely manner; otherwise it will be voided.
- We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. Non-U.S. based returns may be subject to additional customs fees.
4. Checking the Status of a Return
Track Your Package: If you used the provided shipping label, it has a tracking number you can use to follow the return process.
Check Your Email: Once your return has been completely processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount.
