Which Turonic pillar is right for me? +

Workflow products are built for the desk — chargers, docks, voice capture, and input devices for how work actually gets done. Environment products are for the space around the desk — air, water, and cleanliness for home offices and shared workspaces. Wellness products are recovery tools for desk-based professionals at the end of a working day.

What is the return policy? +

All Turonic products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Products must be in their original packaging. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Email support@turonic.com to start a return.

What does the warranty cover? +

Every Turonic product includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hardware failures under normal use — not damage from drops, water exposure beyond the rated specification, or normal wear. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

How long does shipping take? +

Standard shipping is 3–5 business days in the contiguous US. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 12pm ET ship the same business day. Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.

Are Turonic products available on Amazon and at retail? +

Yes — Turonic products are available on Amazon (with Prime shipping), at Best Buy, Staples, and Office Depot. Purchasing through any official channel carries the same warranty and return policy.

Where can I find replacement HEPA and water filters? +

OEM replacement filters for the Environment pillar (PH950 Air Purifier and Water Filter) are available directly on turonic.com. Each product page links to the matching replacement SKU.

Do Turonic chargers work with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android? +

Yes. Every Workflow product (chargers, docks, hubs) is tested for full compatibility across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Each product page lists exact port specifications and supported protocols.

How do I register my product for warranty? +

Visit the Register Your Product page and submit the form with your product model, marketplace where purchased, order number, seller name, and date of purchase. Once registered, your one-year warranty is activated.
