Refund policy

Window: 30 days from delivery. After 30 days we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, refunds may take time to post.
3. Contact your bank, there is often processing delay.

If after all of that you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@turonic.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange the same item, email support@turonic.com and ship to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund returns to the original gift giver.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted.

For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, since we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
