Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is FREE on contiguous US orders over $49. Flat $4.95 on orders under $49 and on all non-contiguous US orders.
1. Common Information
All orders placed through turonic.com are handled by third-party fulfillment centers. Products ship within 2β4 business days of order receipt. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.
Most shipping services do not offer weekend delivery. A package leaving the fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday reaches the shipper Monday.
Tracking numbers are issued as soon as the order leaves the fulfillment center. It may take a few days for the tracking to become active on the carrierβs system.
Shipping charges and transit time are based on the order destination (US or International), chosen shipping method, and weight of the products ordered. Turonic selects the best shipping method available.
2. Standard Shipping
Free Standard shipping is limited to ground shipping on orders over $49 within the contiguous US. Free shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico β a $4.95 shipping charge applies.
International shipping costs depend on quantity, destination country, and total order weight. Final costs are shown on the Shipping Method page during checkout.
Most standard shipments are delivered within 3β8 business days for US orders and 15β30 business days for international orders, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays.
3. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for US and international orders and can be selected at checkout.
- US expedited delivery typically takes 2β3 business days and costs $25 per order
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico expedited delivery takes 3β5 business days and costs $30 per order
- International expedited delivery to Canada takes up to 7 business days; other countries up to 10 business days; cost $50 per order
Turonic is not responsible for shipping delays or mistakes caused by incorrect or insufficient shipping information (address or name).
- Stuck in transit, no movement β Contact us within 60 days of the expected delivery date.
- Tracking shows delivered but not received β Contact us within 60 days.
- Package arrived damaged β save all packaging, take photos, and Contact us.
- Product delivered damaged or dirty β photos of package (with shipping label visible) and product, then Contact us.
4. Order Changes & Cancellation
Order change or cancellation requests can only be submitted on the same day the order was placed.
To cancel a recently placed order or to change the shipping address, item color, quantity, or model before tracking details are added, please Contact us. We will do our best to help if the product has not been dispatched yet.
Please note that requests may not be approved because orders are sent to the fulfillment center immediately when submitted, leaving only a few hours to retrieve or change them.
