Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous US. For orders under $49, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a flat $4.95 shipping fee applies.

All orders are processed within 2 business days of placement. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–8 business days. International orders generally arrive within 15–20 business days. Weekends are not counted as transit days.

Yes. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for US orders. Delivery to the contiguous US takes 2–3 business days ($20/order), and to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico 3–5 business days ($25/order).

Order changes and cancellations can only be requested on the same day the order was placed, as orders are sent to our fulfillment center almost immediately. Color, model, or quantity changes cannot be made, only full cancellations are possible in those cases.

You may return any item purchased directly from Turonic within 30 days of delivery if it doesn't meet your expectations. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
